Head of Accounting & Reporting (w/m/d)

Your future role.

•In the position of Head of Accounting & Reporting (f/m/d) you are both the technical and disciplinary manager of our Leaseplan finance team in Austria
•You are the internal contact person for all departments for questions about the accounting area and act as an internal consultant and business partner
•You prepare financial statements in accordance with the UGB and IFRS and take care of the monthly reporting
•You are the central contact person for internal and external auditors
•You take care of all tax matters
•You create a clear financial reporting and also take our liquidity planning into account
•You optimize our processes within the department and ensure efficiency in the processes
•You lead and work actively in our financial projects
•You work closely with our finance director and report directly to them

Your profile:

•You have completed a masters degree in a financial field and have several years of professional experience in the finance department
•You have already gained management experience, are able to motivate your team and act as a role model
•You have the ability to analyze and communicate complex relationships
•You impress with your hands-on mentality and are willing to actively support your team
•Your good communication skills make it easy for you to act as an internal interface
•You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

Your Salary

For this position we offer a minimum salary of € 60,000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and professional experience with a willingness to pay more.
