Your future role:
•You are responsible for organizing workshop appointments
•You process customer inquiries, complaints and claims, both by phone and in writing
•You support our customers with damage reports
•You support the optimization and adaptation of team-relevant processes
•You are structured when maintaining data in the CRM system
This puts you in pole position:
•You have a talent for organization, enjoy working on the phone and taking care of our customers' concerns in the further process
•You work independently and in a structured way
•You can find good solutions and ways to deal with problems and concerns of our customers (drivers)
•You are a team player
•Call center experience is an advantage
•Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems is an advantage
•You have a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of English
•You have sound knowledge of MS Office
Salary
For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 2,375.00 gross per month, depending on qualifications and work experience, with a willingness to overpay.
