Sachbearbeiter Accident Management (W/M/D)

Your role at Ayvens

▪You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners in Switzerland
▪You review and check claims documents and act as an interface to our insurance partners
▪You check and review cost estimates for technical services (service/maintenance, tires)
▪You handle breakdowns in cooperation with our assistance partners and ensure the mobility of our customers
▪You take care of invoice control and booking
▪You are our internal point of contact for questions relating to claims processing

Your profile

▪You have completed an apprenticeship (knowledge of the automotive/insurance industry is an advantage)
▪You are a career starter or have already gained some work experience

- You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

▪You have good IT skills (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) 
▪You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner & are a team player

For this position we offer a minimum salary of € 2.450,- gross per month, depending on qualifications and professional experience with willingness to overpay.
