What are the rules of an Ayvens Re-lease contract? An Ayvens Re-lease contract can only be drawn up for independent entrepreneurs and businesses with their registered office in Belgium. A valid driving licence must be presented. A provisional licence will not be accepted. We will also check your financial situation based on your income and expenses. This process takes two working days. Private individuals can contact us for a suitable offer.What are the benefits of Ayvens Re-lease ? A used vehicle is available immediately, so you don’t have the long delivery times that come with a new vehicle. The price is also lower. The greatest depreciation of a vehicle’s value happens in its first year. With Ayvens Re-lease, that depreciation has already occurred, so the lower monthly depreciation immediately translates into a lower lease price.What does a Re-lease contract include? An Ayvens Re-lease contract is a rental formula for second-hand vehicles for professionals. For a fixed monthly rental fee, the customer receives a pre-selected second-hand vehicle with a service package. In addition to depreciation costs, the fee includes: - maintenance and repair costs under normal use (with due care and attention) - summer tyres (normal use) • breakdown service: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - civil liability insurance, driver insurance and legal assistance - cover for material damage (with predetermined deductible to be paid in case of an at-fault accident) - all statutory taxes You can add extra services such as fuel or winter tyres. Any fines are to be paid by you. The contract ends automatically when the agreed number of months or the total mileage is reached. At that point, you must return the vehicle to us. We will take care of selling it. If you wish, you can request a quote to buy the vehicle from us.Is Ayvens Re-lease always cheaper than a new vehicle? If you compare the exact same vehicle with the exact same options, yes! A used vehicle has obviously already been built and cannot be changed. It may have options that you would not choose for a new vehicle. In such cases, you may find a cheaper quote for a new vehicle, but it will have fewer options.
