It's our goal to offer complete and innovative mobility solutions.What does the transition to Ayvens mean? ALD Automotive and LeasePlan are merging. Together, we will continue under our new name: Ayvens. Are you a lease vehicle driver or fleet manager? You can relax - other than the name and logo, little will change for you. MyAyvens will  offer the same service and quality you've come to expect from us.What do we offer? Vehicle leasing - bicycle leasing - mobility as a service - innovation in casualty and collision insurance and risk retention, such as stop loss or early termination cover - charging solutions - management of short-term vehiclesHow can I contact you? You can contact us via MyAyvens or via your fleet manager and we'll help you as soon as possible.How do I create a MyAyvens account? If you previously had a My ALD or My LeasePlan account, you don't need to create a new account. Just log in with your email address and password. If you've never had an account, enter your email address on the login page and click  ‘Register account’.What do I do if my vehicle requires maintenance? Schedule an appointment via MyAyvens. We'll arrange the appointment for you at the most suitable garage based on location and how you want to organise the day. Your car will be checked and serviced by specialists using original parts. Invoicing is done directly between the service point and Ayvens. You do not have to pay anything.What do I do if my vehicle has been damaged? If you are insured through us, you can open a claim through the MyAyvens online tool. - Provide detailed photos (according to these guidelines). That way, you won't lose any time having the damage assessed by the repairer. - Attach all the necessary documents, such as the collision form or a police report. - Indicate your preferred location so we can give you the contact details of the nearest repairer. You can then arrange when and where the repairer can collect and return your vehicle.What do I do in case of a breakdown or accident? If you are unable to drive the vehicle, call Ayvens Assistance. Ayvens Assistance can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week at +32 2 406 44 88.  Have the following details to hand: - Number plate - Exact location - Description of the problem - Your phone number We will send a technician to help you on site. Depending on the circumstances, they will: - carry out permanent repairs - carry out a temporary repair so  you can drive safely to a garage. - tow the vehicle away and provide a replacement for up to five days.What assistance is included? Depending on the formula your company has chosen, Ayvens Assistance offers assistance at home and/or abroad in the following circumstances: - Immobility of the vehicle due to breakdown, accident, fire, vandalism, burglary - Theft of the vehicle - Theft of the number plate Private and Business Lease drivers have 24/7 assistance in the above situations, as well as European breakdown assistance (with a replacement vehicle for up to five days).My vehicle has broken down while I'm abroad but the garage can't fix it immediately. What should I do? You can call Ayvens Assistance. They will work with you to find the most appropriate solution.Where can I get my tyres replaced or repaired? If your tyres are worn out and you want to replace them, make an appointment at [a tyre centre recognised by Ayvens](targetSelf:/en-be/my-lease-car/tyres/). The tyre centre will ensure the tyres are correct and Ayvens will pay the invoice.

Check which services are included in your contract via MyAyvens.Can I use my fuel card for my replacement vehicle? Yes, you can!I've taken delivery of my new vehicle. When will I receive my fuel or charge card? The fuel or charge card will be sent to your home or business. The code will be sent the following day.Can I use my charge card outside Belgium? Ayvens' charge card gives you access to charge points in Belgium and Europe. There is a network of around 65,000 points across Europe. Check which services are included in your contract via MyAyvens.I have received a fine and would like to dispute it. What do I do? You should dispute the fine with the relevant authority. Traffic fines can be contested via the Ministry of Justice website https://fines.justonweb.be/ You will find instructions for contesting foreign fines or parking fees in the document provided by the issuing authority.I've received a traffic fine but was not driving/no longer drive this vehicle. What do I do? If you were not driving the vehicle at the time of the offence, you should contest the fine via https://fines.justonweb.be/. Ayvens is not authorised to contest the fine for you as it is drawn up in your name. For foreign penalties or parking fees, please notify your employer and Ayvens so we can add the correct driver to our files.Who is allowed to drive my Ayvens vehicle? This is an agreement between you and your employer. Consult your employer's car policy or ask your fleet manager. As far as Ayvens is concerned, anyone with a valid driving licence may drive the car.Do I need insurance for my caravan or trailer? If the highest permissible weight of the trailer or caravan is less than 750kg,  insurance is automatically included in the Ayvens vehicle policy. You do not need a separate certificate of insurance and you do not have to take any further action. If the highest permissible weight of the trailer or caravan exceeds 750kg, you need to take out separate insurance. If your trailer or caravan is not yet insured, please contact us. We will co-insure it for civil liability and legal assistance in both coupled and uncoupled state and provide you with the insurance certificate. If you have already taken out insurance, please send us a copy of the certificate.There isn't a valid insurance certificate in the vehicle. What do I do? The international motor insurance card is printed on white paper and sent to you or your employer. In addition, your insurance certificate is always available digitally via MyAyvens. You'll find it under the ‘Vehicle’ tab, in the left-hand column under ‘Documents’. We recommend that you send a copy to all users of the vehicle. You must always be able to present this card in the event of an inspection or accident. It is valid in all countries stated in the list on the card, other than those that are crossed out.The registration certificate is missing. What should I do? The registration certificate is your vehicle's identity card. In case of loss or theft, you must report it to the police. Bring with you: - your vehicle (to confirm the chassis number) - your identity card - a certificate from Ayvens confirming that you are the main driver. This is available on MyAyvens. If you are outside Belgium, report it to the local authorities as well as the Belgian police on your return. You will receive a certificate of your declaration from the Belgian police. This has a limited validity so provide us with the original document as soon as possible. If you are not insured via Ayvens, we will also need a vignette from your insurer. We will then request a new registration certificate from the Vehicle Registration Service (DIV). There is a charge for issuing a new certificate.I need a certificate to apply for a residents' parking permit from my municipality. Where can I find it? We have made this document available to you via My Ayvens.
