As soon as we know your new car’s registration plate, we will order your fuel card(s), which will be automatically sent to you. Your PIN will be sent in a separate letter for security reasons.
Where you can refuel depends on the type of fuel card you have and the agreements your employer has made with Ayvens. If you're not sure you can check with your fleet manager or in your lease agreement.
Your fuel card is linked to your car and can't be used for other cars. You can pay at the petrol station with your fuel card, using your 4 digit pin.
Have you forgotten your PIN code? Request a new pin code via My driver app or the website. You can also declare any costs incurred there. (add links) Did you enter the wrong PIN three times? Then you are only blocked for 48 hours. You can use the fuel card again after 48 hours.

This depends on the type of station. Some stations are equipped without an RFID reader and some cannot yet be controlled by apps. Most charging stations are accessible via the charging key.
