Replacement vehicle
You can view the services included in your contract on My driver app. Go to the "Vehicle" hub and then "Included Services". You can find more information about the services included in your contract in the left-hand column. Bear in mind that this information comes from the lease quote and may differ from your company's car policy.
At least 24 hours in advance. An exception is made for same-day delivery – call us on [local phone number] on the day and we'll be happy to discuss the options with you. Note that this may incur additional costs.
If you've received a replacement vehicle through roadside assistance, you can use it for five calendar days. If the replacement vehicle was reserved through Ayvens, you can keep it for as long as your vehicle is being repaired. Don't forget to tell us where and when we can collect the replacement vehicle to avoid incurring additional costs.
If the vehicle's actual condition doesn't match the description on the contract, it's best to report this straight away by sending an e-mail to [local email].
You can only get a larger replacement vehicle if your fleet manager agrees to the additional cost. This can be arranged by e-mail with a clear indication of which category we may offer.

No problem! Just let us know how long you'll need the vehicle for.
This is only possible if they offer it free of charge. Otherwise, all reservations must be made through Ayvens and we'll take care of the delivery.
