Schedule via the My Ayvens App or contact our driver service center. Before leaving your vehicle for maintenance: - Observe the date and time of the appointment sent by email or app; - Always ask for a checklist when you arrive with the vehicle; - Collect your belongings, do not leave personal items inside the vehicle; - Have the vehicle document and maintenance manual at hand; - Inform the attendant that the vehicle is managed by Ayvens (if you need to know the legacy, look at the company name on the vehicle document, the name should appear as ALD Automotive).
