How to use Carhsaring?
As a Carsharing customer, your company will have access to a fleet of shared cars for its employees.
To use our service, the driver needs to follow these simple steps:
- Start the reservation through the Ayvens Carsharing app, available for iOS and Android smartphones;
- Drive to the destination, complying with local traffic laws;
- Refuel the car after use (if included in your hiring agreement, you can use the fuel card located on the totem);
- Do not forget to remove your belongings from the car before you return it;
- Return your key, leaving it on the totem;
- Check out on the Ayvens Carsharing app to close your reservation.
