Can Ayvens still refuse to order my private lease car even if I originally received a notification of approval and a unilaterally signed contract?
Yes. This means that the information you entered on the website does not provide an accurate picture of your actual financial situation based on the supporting documents. The supporting documents are decisive in deciding whether or not to proceed with the lease contract. Ayvens will always inform you about this by telephone and then in writing.
Do I have a reconsider period?
Yes, there is a legal reconsideration period of 14 days. This starts on the receipt date of your signed Lease contract.
Can I conclude a lease contract in the event of attachment of wages, if I am in debt mediation or if my income is arranged through a lawyer?
No, this is not possible. If you do apply and we then see that you are in such a situation based on the proof of income, Ayvens will withdraw from the lease and the lease contract will therefore be cancelled.
