Your privacy is important to us and to Société Générale Group to which Ayvens belongs. This is a matter of priority for us and we have implemented strong principles in that respect, especially in regards of the EU Directive on privacy and electronic communications (e-Privacy Directive) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Ayvens and its affiliated entities value the trust of website visitors and are committed to protecting their personal data.

This Cookie Statement (the “Statement”) describes the cookies and similar technologies that are applied on this website of Ayvens S.A. (“Ayvens”, “we”, “our” or “us”) by which we collect your personal information.

1. WHAT IS A COOKIE? Cookies are a feature of an Ayvens website that allow us to store small amounts of data on your computer, phone or tablet about your visit to such website. The information stored in a cookie may be used during your next visit to the website. As soon as you visit an Ayvens website for the first time you are notified about the cookies we use and request your consent for non-essential cookies. This notification appears in a so-called cookie banner. You can change your cookie settings and withdraw your consent for the use of such cookies at any time. For further information see “What kind of cookies do we use?” below. The term cookie refers to all technologies that make it possible to track a website visitor’s navigation. For example, we may gather device attributes and combine information collected by most browsers or automatically through your device to create a unique ID that identifies your browser or device to us with reasonable certainty. We may also use beacons, pixel tags, or Java scripts. These enable us to remember you and serve personalized content or offers to you when you return to our website. Note that to the extent the above-mentioned information collected through such technologies constitutes personal information, then our Privacy Statement applies to such processing.
