Operational leasing
A solution for everyone
Operational leasing from Ayvens allows you to finance and operate your fleet without needing to purchase your own vehicles. It is suitable for companies, natural persons engaged in business and private individuals. We have cars of all makes and models in stock, from compact to luxury, and even light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tons. To lease vehicles for the time period and mileage specified in the lease agreement you will pay tax-deductible monthly instalments, which include all agreed operating costs. At the end of the operational lease agreement, you simply return the vehicle and, if so desired, you can choose new cars from us to ensure your mobility under the currently agreed terms.
Why operational leasing from Ayvens?
- You can choose from all makes and models on the Czech market. You can find a small sample of the vehicles we offer at drive.ayvens.cz.
- The product is financed without the need for any initial investment or advances, thereby reducing the funds tied up on the company’s balance sheet.
- You can choose the length of leasing yourself. The most common lease periods tend to be 24 to 60 months – to benefit from discounts on warranty servicing work we recommend a term of 24 to 36 months. In 2020 we introduced a new product—short-term operational leasing of nearly-new vehicles for a term of one year or more. Our most recent product is Ayvens FLEX, which enables flexible, short-term vehicle leasing for three or more months.
- You can choose between open and closed calculations for your payment instalments. With a closed calculation, the monthly instalment is fixed for the entire duration of the agreement. An open calculation includes specific approved vehicle maintenance and operation costs, but this amount is not constant. In both cases, the instalment is a cost item and fully tax deductible.
- Lease instalments include wholesale and volume discounts from our cooperating partners such as dealers, service centres, spare parts suppliers, and insurers.
- Thanks to our online tools, the myAyvens Portal app and the myAyvens Driver mobile version, you can easily manage your vehicles 24 hours a day, giving you both a perfect overview of company costs and also saving you significant time.
- You can arrange operational leasing with us through our network of sales consultants, and through KB bank advisors if you are a Komerční banka client.
- We will handle all the paperwork associated with vehicle operation (registration, de-registration, insurance), along with the risks associated with operation, warranties, and the subsequent resale of the vehicles after the end of the lease.
- While leasing, you can also order additional vehicles and add them to your current service. We will notify you at the proper time when it is time to renew. For maximum comfort in quickly selecting new vehicles we have set up a website at drive.ayvens.cz.
What does operational leasing include?
- Lease payment instalments (financing of the vehicle itself).
- Advantageous comprehensive accident and mandatory insurance with GAP (in the event of a total write-off or theft, the insurance company will pay the price for which the vehicle was purchased).
- Insurance of vehicle windows.
- Radio fee.
- Windscreen insurance.
- Motorway tax.
- Clear reporting in the myAyvens Portal and myAyvens Driver online apps.
How can I conclude an operational lease agreement?
