The exact scope of services and work included in the coverage is always specified in the leasing agreement. If you choose the Full-Service Leasing product, we will take care of regular service inspections, maintenance and repairs associated with normal wear and tear.

All regular and unexpected servicing work is subject to our approval and performed exclusively in the service network of our contractual partners. This enables us to guarantee the perfect technical condition of the vehicles in operation and at the same time ensure that all warranty and post-warranty repairs are performed properly, including the installation of approved accessories.

We also recommend that you visit a service partner before the end of the operational lease to ensure that the vehicle you will be returning shows no signs of defects.

If your vehicle becomes damaged during operation, needs to be repaired and is insured against such damage through Ayvens, report this through the Insurance Claim Report form. If the damage is so great that the vehicle is unroadworthy, contact the Ayvens Assistance service at +420 848 455 555 and also submit a report using our online forms:
