ALD Automotive and ALD Carmarket are now Ayvens - your partner for sustainable mobility solutions
 Ayvens was born from the acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive. In Finland, ALD Autototive will continue to operate under the trade name Ayvens as part of the Ayvens Group. Our operating name Axus Finland Oy will not change and the Group includes, in addition to Ayvens, the subsidiary NF Fleet Oy. Our car dealership ALD Carmarket will be operating under the Ayvens brand name.Â
With the broadest coverage in 42 countries through direct presence, Ayvens is leveraging its unique position to lead the way to net zero and further shape the digital transformation of the industry through innovation and technology-enabled services to enable the transformation towards large scale adoption of sustainable mobility. Ayvens has 15,700 employees worldwide and manages 3.4 million vehicles (as of end-June 2023).
A new name and logo

Cooperation with us continues to run smoothly
Our new name and logo are the most visible changes. The change of name to Ayvens will not affect you and will have no impact on contract management and invoicing. Your current services will remain unchanged. Your customer and invoice information will remain in our systems and will not be changed.
We will continue to operate under the same company name, at the same address and the legal name of Axus Finland Oy will not change. Our invoice and bank details will remain unchanged.
Our phone numbers will remain unchanged, with the exception of our new customer service number 010 40400, and our emails will be firstname.lastname@ayvens.com. Messages sent to ALD Automotive addresses will not be lost, so there is no need to resend messages and old email addresses will be redirected to the new addresses.
