Accidents and damages
In the event of an accident, there are many things to consider. But as an Ayvens customer, you don't have to deal with them alone - we can help you. Our partner InCar will help you with damage repairs, filling in damage report, booking a replacement car and all other damage-related issues.
Damage repair
The damage to a car refers to harm that has occurred to your vehicle, which can arise, for example, in a collision, a dent in a parking lot, or another damaging incident.
Windshield damages
Our partner for windshield damage repairs is InCar. Small chips can often be repaired, while larger cracks require windshield replacement.
Tyre damages
A tyre damage refers to harm to a vehicle’s tyre, which can occur, for example, when a sharp object punctures the tyre or as a result of low tyre pressure.
Theft and vandalism
Vandalism refers to intentional damage caused to a vehicle. Theft means vehicle theft or break-in.

Ayvens roadside service will help you when your journey is interrupted by a technical fault, an accident, running out of fuel or losing your keys, for example. Once you have notified us, the service centre will take care of all the necessary arrangements.
At your service for damage repairs
- Do you need a replacement car during the repair?
In the event of damage, our partners Hertz and Europcar can provide a replacement car service, but the cost is not included in the leasing contract. Any cost not included in the monthly contract price can be bypassed through us. However, please check your company's car policy to see which services are available to your company's drivers.
- InCar service car
The service car repairs minor damages on-site in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You save time and effort because our partner InCar’s service car comes to you, so you don’t have to go to the repair shop.
