24/7 road service on call every day of the year
Ayvens road service is on call 24/7 every day of the year. The road service will help you when your journey is interrupted by a technical fault, an accident, running out of fuel or losing your keys, for example. Once you have notified us, the service centre will take care of all the necessary arrangements. They will be ready with information about the services available to you as an Ayvens customer.
Road service will help if your vehicle stops working or breaks down during a journey, even if you are far from home.
As an Ayvens customer, you only pay for the services the roadside assistance service provides for you, such as towing, rental car, onward travel or accommodation. When you report a trip interruption, your car service insurance will, in most cases, cover towing to the nearest garage.

Most car brands offer brand-specific road service, in which case please contact the brand-specific service number in the first instance. You can check your car's on-board-computer to see if your make has its own roadside assistance service.
