Inspection

The inspection is free of charge for leased cars from Ayvens at A-Katsastus Ltd's branches. However, as a driver, you must ensure that your car is inspected on time. Book an appointment for an inspection with A-Katsastus.

If the vehicle is inspected in connection with a service or repair, the customer is responsible for the costs of the inspection, excluding the inspection fee.

The first inspection must be carried out no later than 4 years after the date on which the vehicle is put into service and thereafter no later than 2 years after the previous inspection.

In the event that the vehicle is returned to Ayvens under a driving ban due to non-inspection, Ayvens shall be entitled to charge a separate service fee for the inspection performed.
