The agreement can also include other additional services to make driving easier, such as full insurance, tyre storage, replacement cars during maintenance, refueling and charging services, as well as car washes.
By using additional services, you can ensure that your company benefits from useful services at a fixed price. All services are itemized on a single invoice. Our professionals help you to find suitable additional services that fit your company car policy.
Additional services
Full insurance
Full insurance provides cars with comprehensive coverage, so even in case of accidents, there are no surprises. In the event of a claim, our technical service is quick to respond, as they are familiar with the insurance contents and can advise the repair shops quickly.
Driver's log service
Is your company still spending time on preparing driver's logs and travel expense reports? Ayvens Driver’s Log automatically records all the journeys you make. Ready-made calculations for mileage reimbursement and tax deductions are generated online in no time.
Tyre storage
The tyre storage service can be added to all our leasing contracts. Seasonal tyre changes are easily carried out at the same location where the tyres are stored.
Standby cars
If a car is needed temporarily for company use, or if you have ordered a new car from us, we can arrange a standby car for you if required while you wait for the factory order.
Replacement vehicles
It is possible to include a replacement vehicle as an additional service in the contract for scheduled maintenance and technical repairs.
Fuel cards and charging solutions
Choose the right fuel for your company – we offer a wide range of solutions for different refueling and charging needs through our extensive partner network.
Car wash
With the help of our car wash services, your company's vehicles are kept clean at a predefined fixed price, invoiced together with other invoicing. This makes managing and reporting the total costs of vehicle use easier. Car wash service is available for company cars and commercial vehicles.
Fleet management service
It's not worth doing it all yourself – you can delegate all the work related to your fleet to us as soon as we start working together. Rental invoices for vehicles owned by other providers can be passed through us, so that all car costs are on one invoice from us.
