Standby and replacement vehicles

If necessary, we can arrange a standby car for our customers while a new car is being ordered from the factory or if a car is temporarily needed for company use. A car of the size best suited to the customer's needs and wishes will be arranged. A car can be arranged from Ayvens' own fleet of cars held for this purpose or through our partners Europcar or Hertz.

As an additional service, it is possible to include a replacement car for periodic maintenance and technical repairs. The Ayvens replacement car service operates through Europcar and Hertz car rental agencies.

The replacement car included in the contract cannot be used in the event of a collision or damage.
