We have a fixed term contract opportunity in our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Executive.

Opportunities within our Customer Services team attract a starting salary of £23,000.00 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide clear and accurate service and support to our customers

  • Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution

  • Deliver a professional and engaging ‘front of house’ service to our customers and external contacts

  • Deal with incoming calls and emails from drivers, fleet contacts or Franchisee partners

  • Resolve all issues by telephone as far as possible and maintain personal ownership 
    for any which are passed to other teams for resolution

  • Provide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints

  • Utilise all tools & systems provided by LeasePlan and its suppliers

  • Build rapport and confidence within our customer base

Required knowledge & experience:

  • Experience of working in a customer service, shared service centre or contact centre environment, understanding the importance of teamwork in a customer and goal focussed environment.

  • Experience in dealing with Customers in a front-line environment and/or ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.

  • Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers and build strong internal relationships.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activity.
