This is a fixed term opportunity until June 2025. This role sits within our HR team based in our Bristol office.
​Key Responsibilities of this role:
This role provides key support as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day HR queries from internal and external customers, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.
Provide general administrative support for the Human Resources function across all sites.
Manage the administration of all relevant HR systems including, processing new starters, movers and leavers whilst also process any in life contractual changes and support payroll administration where necessary.
Ensure consistent delivery of agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure accuracy of HR records and systems.
Assist the HR Support Lead with the implementation of new processes, using your initiative to identify process improvements.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; housekeeping; and ensure that personal behaviour and attitude reflects the essence of ALD and the core values.
Skills and experience required:
The successful candidate should have a proactive and organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR department would preferable but not a prerequisite
