    This is a fixed term opportunity until June 2025. This role sits within our HR team based in our Bristol office.

    ​Key Responsibilities of this role:

    • This role provides key support as first point of contact for a range of day-to-day HR queries from internal and external customers, providing advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.

    • Provide general administrative support for the Human Resources function across all sites.

    • Manage the administration of all relevant HR systems including, processing new starters, movers and leavers whilst also process any in life contractual changes and support payroll administration where necessary.

    • Ensure consistent delivery of agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    • Ensure accuracy of HR records and systems.

    • Assist the HR Support Lead with the implementation of new processes, using your initiative to identify process improvements.

    • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; housekeeping; and ensure that personal behaviour and attitude reflects the essence of ALD and the core values.

    Skills and experience required:

    • The successful candidate should have a proactive and organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.

    • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR department would preferable but not a prerequisite
