This is a great opportunity to join our Ayvens Marketing team as we have a big year ahead in 2025 as we build on our recent brand launch in the UK. The role is hybrid with a combination of some office time (min 2 days per week) and also time working from home. We have 2 office locations so although mainly Slough based right now there could be occasional travel to Bristol (potential to switch that around). This role is for a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The requirements of the role are set out below and in return we can offer an annual salary between £33,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications plan in line with corporate and brand direction whilst reflecting local priorities
Create timely and compelling content in-line with Ayvens UK Marketing priorities and Thought Leadership agenda to support new business, retention and account growth objectives
Work across the UK Commercial team to define and deliver CLM campaigns that align with commercial goals across all sales channels
Manage key external suppliers to deliver campaigns and communications that demonstrate an ongoing ROI
Leverage from nurturing / New Business activity to support ongoing ABM / upsell activity of the wider Marketing and Product team
Optimise spend with external Marketing vendors and manage performance reviews and ensure alignment within agreed SLAs
Work across the Marketing team to understand current and future Marketing Automation practices across the team
Define and roll-out Marketing Automation best practice as a result of above findings
Ensure all deliverables of the role align with ongoing Market and competitor trends
Working closely with the legal team to ensure that all campaigns and promotions comply fully with the FCA or any other regulations
Skills and experience required:
Proven track record working in a marketing team, preferably in the financial services, automotive or technology sector
Exceptional understanding of marketing practices, specifically nurture and account-based marketing activity
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to tight deadlines
A creative flair with an eye for design and attention to detail.
An ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Customer-focused and a team player
Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills
Strong commitment to the principle of continuous professional development
Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all people and business activities
Ability to analyse and use evidence from a range of sources to develop and evaluate policy
Proven ability to translate and convincingly communicate statistical data into meaningful business information
Fluent in business English language - written and verbal
Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).
Working knowledge of Marcoms platforms (marketing cloud)
Formalised training in marketing and experience within marketing
