We have a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity within our Customer Services team to support a large corporate key account, so we are looking for excellent customer service skills with a focus on showcasing strong customer relationship experience as well as being able to work independently with opportunities to display your self-motivation and proactivity in the role.

Salary will be £24,297 per annum for this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of Fleet Manager enquiries from a key account, resolving issues where possible or liaising with your team and other departments to provide good outcomes for our customers

  • Build rapport and confidence with the key account contact

  • Provide updates and timelines on queries and complaints within the contracted SLAs agreed

  • Be the face of Customer Services on weekly client calls.

  • Own business processes and updated in line with audit requirements

  • Look for better ways of doing things to improve efficiency and customer outcomes

  • Being agile and adapting to the changing demands of our customers

Required knowledge & experience:

  • Experience of key account customer service or Fleet Management support

  • An ability to build strong relationships with customers

  • Being adaptable to the changing demands of customers

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Experience of working in fleet management, customer service, understanding the importance of teamwork in a customer and goal focussed environment.

  • Experience in dealing with customers in a front-line environment and/or ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.

  • Can multi-task, and have excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activity
