Our long-term rental service, Ayvens Flex, combines flexibility with control. You can decide from month to month how long you need the vehicles, so you can keep them as long as you want or return them when necessary. You can also select the specific vehicles you need, from an extensive range of electric, petrol and diesel cars and vans.

You hired a new employee and a permanent vehicle isn’t ready for them yet.
You hired someone on a temporary contract and don’t have any fleet vehicles available.
You have a short-term project that means you need extra vehicles for just a few months.
You have a project with an unknown duration, so you don’t want to commit to longer contracts.
You have a seasonal workload, so you don’t need all your vehicles all the time.
You’re waiting for a new company vehicle to be delivered and need a stop-gap-solution.

All prices exclude VAT at 20% and based on 28 days+*/3-month term and 20,000 miles per annum pro rata. Offer pricing subject to change at any time. Images for illustration purposes only. On return, the vehicle must be in the same condition as on delivery subject to age, mileage and fair wear and tear excepted. If the vehicle exceeds the contract mileage additional charges will then be applied. All vehicles supplied with a maintenance package which includes manufacturer recommended servicing and repair caused by fair wear and tear but excludes misuse, accident damage and vehicle glass. Specification, fuel efficiency and emissions figures are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change, please contact the vehicle manufacturer to confirm. *Delivery/collection fee of £120 applies (£60 each way).
