Taking your Ayvens vehicle abroad

  1. Obtain written authorisation from the registered owner

Prior to travelling, you will need to ensure you have appropriate paperwork to comply with European legislation. You will require written authorisation from the registered owner - known as a letter of authority and a VE103.

This must be done at least 2 weeks prior to travel.

You will need to take copies of these with you. A fee may be charged for obtaining foreign travel vehicle documents to cover the supply and administration required.
