Bank Holiday Opening Hours 2025

Our phone lines will close at 5pm on Thursday 17th April and reopen at 8.45am on Tuesday 22nd April.

Our essential maintenance services – 24/7 breakdown and recovery, accident management, glass replacement and tyres – will be available over the long weekend.

For all other services, including service booking and foreign travel, our office opening hours above will apply.

Our rental services team will also be unavailable on Friday, Sunday and Monday, but you can contact them on Saturday morning.

• Friday 18th April – Closed
• Saturday 19th April - Open from 9am to midday
• Sunday 20th April - Closed
• Monday 21st April - Closed
• Tuesday 22nd April - Open as usual

If you want to amend or extend a vehicle on rent, you will need to instruct us by 17th April. You can do this online or by speaking to a member of our reservations team.

If you want to terminate or off-hire a vehicle, you will need to give us notification with enough time for us to arrange a collection before 5pm on Wednesday 16th April.

If you are not able to do this, the vehicle will remain on rent until 9am on Tuesday 22nd April at the earliest.
