Bank Holiday Opening Hours 2024

With the long weekend on the way, we wanted to let you know what’s happening with our opening hours and booking procedures.

LeasePlan Customer Services

Our phone lines will close at the usual time on Friday 23rd August and reopen at the usual time on Tuesday 27th August.

LeasePlan Rental Services

Our rental services team will also be unavailable on the Sunday and Monday, but you can contact them on Saturday morning.

LeasePlan Daily Rental

For any Daily Rental queries please contact the rentals team on 0344 493 7654 or email res@leaseplanrentals.co.uk

Amendments and extensions

If you want to amend or extend a vehicle on rent, you will need to instruct us by 5pm on Wednesday 21st August. You can do this online or by speaking to a member of our reservations team.

Terminations and off hiring

If you want to terminate or off-hire a vehicle, you will need to give us notification with enough time for us to arrange a collection before 5pm on Wednesday 21st August.

If you are not able to do this, the vehicle will remain on rent until 9am on Tuesday 27th August at the earliest.
