Ayvens End Of Year Opening Hours & Daily Rental Procedure

Christmas and New Year

We’ll take calls as usual on Tuesday 24th December from 9am – 5pm and will then take a well-deserved break until Monday 30th December when our teams will be working as usual. Following the New Year Bank Holiday our offices will reopen at 9am Thursday 2nd January.

Our essential maintenance services – 24/7 breakdown and recovery, accident management, glass replacement and tyres – will be available throughout the festive period.

For all other services, including service booking and foreign travel, our office opening hours above will apply.

Daily Rental Reservation Team operating hours

Our Daily Rental reservation team are available until 24th December 2024 at 4pm then closed until 27th December 2024 at 8am.

The rental office will be closed on New Years Day and reopen on 2nd January 2025 at 8am.

Christmas Off hires need to be notified by 20th December 2024 12 midday. ​

Vehicles can be placed in collection on our system up to 23rd December 2024 at midday if received before 20th December 2024 midday.

  Any ‘off hires’ after this time cannot be accepted and will be chargeable until 27th December 2024 10am.

  Vehicle and Keys must be available up to 23rd December 2024 at midday.

  Deliveries of new hires available from 27th December 2024 10am.

New Year Off hires to be notified by 27th December 2024 midday.

Vehicles can be placed in collection on our system up to 31st December 2024 10am if received before 27th December 2024 midday.

Any off-hire requests after this time cannot be accepted and will be chargeable until 2nd January 2025 midday.

Vehicle and keys must be available for collection up to 31st December 2024 10am.

Deliveries of new hires available from 2nd January 2025 12:00 (3rd January 2025 for Scotland).

* Vehicles may be returned to the Daily Rental Suppliers location if within their opening hours. Please contact our reservations team for any further assistance.

Our offices will close on 23rd December at 5pm. Please note however there will be no deliveries or collections between 16th December 2024 and 6th January 2025.
