What is changing for customers from 3rd October 2024
- If you are a direct customer with LeasePlan UK (so you didn’t come through a broker)
You will see our new trading name and website from 3 October. Your existing LeasePlan contract and services are still valid but you will start to see and hear the Ayvens name from our customer service teams and in our correspondence. Our suppliers will continue to support your services and they too will start to update their correspondence to refer to Ayvens. Access Ayvens support.
- If you are a customer of LeasePlan through a broker
You will continue to see us as LeasePlan for the moment. We will be introducing our new trading name in stages to keep disruption to a minimum. However, you may see the name Ayvens on a few of our services that are shared by the wider business for all our customers. Access LeasePlan support services.
- If you are a customer of ALD Automotive
You will continue to see us as ALD Automotive. We will be introducing our new trading names in stages to keep disruption to a minimum. Access ALD Automotive support.
What stays the same for customers in the UK from 3rd October 2024
The trading name is changing from LeasePlan to Ayvens but our registered company number, bank account number, VAT number and legal entity (LeasePlan UK Limited) remain the same. This means there is no requirements to change any existing direct debit.
