ALD Automotive I LeasePlan presents Ayvens in Greece, its new global mobility brand, which unites the two companies together under a single common identity. This move came after the merger of the two leading companies of the global automotive sector in May 2023. The main shareholder of the company is the French financial institution, Societe Generale.
The company's footprint in Greece is already very significant. 12% of all new car registrations are currently made by Ayvens. It has around 60,000 vehicles on Greek roads, valued at over €1.1 billion, demonstrating its ability to lease and manage a huge fleet. At the same time, the company currently employs more than 270 people.
Ayvens is leading the transition towards zero-emission mobility and shaping the digital transformation of the industry. With the new motto "Better with every move", encapsulating the commitment to the continuous improvement of its services, Ayvens aims to make life to flow better.
Creation of the largest Mobility Center in Greece
Ayvens proceeds with another significant investment in our country, creating the largest Mobility Centre in Greece, in Magoula, Attica. This state-of-the-art facility, which will extend in 60 acres of land, serves as a hub for various services, including a new experience of picking up and dropping off, replacing and returning cars. By combining the resources and expertise of the two merged companies, Ayvens aims to provide innovative and efficient solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers in Greece.
Fleet value over 1.1 billion euros
With over €1.1 billion worth of vehicles on Greek roads, Ayvens manages and maintains a significant fleet with an average vehicle age of 2.5 years. This is an investment that not only demonstrates Ayvens' confidence in the Greek market, but also contributes significantly to the local economy by supporting the importing companies established in Greece and their representative network, maintaining and repairing their vehicles in this network.
Ayvens Carmarket: Revolutionizing the Used Car Market
Another important pillar of Ayvens' activity in Greece is the used car market. With the launch of the new platform, Ayvens Carmarket, the company aims to completely reshape the domestic perception of this sector. The platform offers a wide range of services for the wholesale of used vehicles, designed specifically for professionals and car dealers. Through an integrated sales management system, it facilitates digital processes and cross-border transactions.
Ayvens is also active in retail and direct sales to individuals.
