My Ayvens is a personalised app that shows you information about your vehicle and your lease. Featuring a more user-friendly layout and cutting-edge technology, it makes all day-to-day activities relating to your leased vehicle even easier for you.
Either log into your My Ayvens account on your computer or download the app to your smartphone.
The My Ayvens app is available 24/7.
Using the My Ayvens app you can:

- Learn more about your monthly fee
- Manage your personal data
- Refresh your mileage
- Book in a service for your car and get all the relevant details
- Schedule a tyre change and get all the relevant details
- Learn about how to schedule a MOT and emission control test and see locations where the tests can be carried out.
- Request a green card
- Learn about where you can get broken windscreens replaced/repaire d.
- Learn when you need to take your car off the road and record details of breakdowns.
- Learn how to deal with an accident/theft and record details of any accident or theft.
- Learn about roadside assistance
- Learn about how to hand your vehicle back
- Access useful documents
Note: If you are already using the My Ayvens app, you must first delete the old version and then download the updated version from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
FAQs
- I requested a new password but didn’t receive any email. Why is that?
The reason may be that the email address you used is different from the one stored on our system. Contact us to verify your email and change it if needed.
- I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click the "Don't remember your password?" button and fill out your email. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
- I’m having trouble logging into to the app from my smartphone. What’s going on?
There may be an extra space in your email when logging in. That’s normal when using a Samsung phone. Remove that extra space and try again.
- I’m having a technical problem with the app. What should I do?
Send us a detailed description and, if possible, a screenshot of the problem.
- I don't have my new registration number on the app. Why?
If you’ve changed car, both cars can be active for a certain period. You can change the registration number in the box to the right of the page. You may need to log out and log back in for the information to update.
- What is my password for the app?
If you’re a Fleet Manager it’s the same as the password you use for “My Fleet”. If you’re a driver then follow the instructions in the question "I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?"
- Where can I download the app from?
Download it from either Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone). Search for My Ayvens.
