What does the insurance cover? At Ayvens, we offer full insurance coverage (third party civil liability, accident care, own damage, partial/total theft, fire, natural phenomena, broken windscreens) with a deductible, personal driver protection and accident management/handling. Do you do credit checks? Yes, we have a procedure for checking your creditworthiness. You’ll need to submit specific documents so we can check your financial solvency. If we get the green light, we can move on and we’ll send you the lease agreement. What's included in the monthly fee? The fixed monthly fee includes all fixed costs for the vehicle and our services: - Full maintenance - Tyre change management - Vehicle insurance and accident management - Road tax - Roadside assistance and accident care - Replacement vehicle in the event of a breakdown or accident - Issuing the annual emission control card and MOT roadworthiness certificate Are the cars new or used? Our cars are always brand new. You'll be the first person to drive the car you decide to lease. What is not included in the contract fee? - Fuel or the cost of electricity used to charge the car - EV charging station - Highway Code fines - Replacement vehicle while you car is undergoing scheduled maintenance work
