Upon returning the vehicle, you must also deliver the following:

• Original registration certificate
• Number plates
• Car inspection receipt (if you have one)
• Original insurance notification
• Car keys
• Maintenance book (if available)
• Vehicle’s instruction manual

Make sure the car is clean and all your personal items have been removed.

Car return locations If you’re based in Athens, you can return your car to one of our car return locations. Call us first to arrange an appointment:

You can only return a car if you’ve first booked an appointment by calling +30 2106100050. If you’re based anywhere else in Greece, click here to book an appointment at one of our return locations.

If you can’t make your scheduled appointment for any reason, please inform the return location in time.

When can I make an appointment to return my car? Call us 10 days before your contract expires so we can get things sorted for you.

Pickup service We can also arrange the return of your car (with extra cost). One of our partners will pick up your car at the location you choose. Call us on +30 2106100050 to arrange a pickup and we’ll take care of the rest.

When the car is delivered, one of our partners will provide you with the car return form he filled out. That document includes a record of the vehicle's condition, the date on which it was returned and the final mileage at that time.

A technical check will then be carried out by an independent associate. A few scratches are just a part of daily use. However, for more serious damage, there may be an additional charge. See our wear and tear instructions to avoid unpleasant surprises later on.
