How do I make or change an appointment to return my car?
You can contact the return center of your choice to make an appointment or reschedule an appointment with the return center you have already made an appointment with.
I left something in the car when it was collected. Can I get it back?
Once a vehicle has been signed back to Ayvens, we are not responsible for the safe holding of any valuables left inside. However, please contact us as soon as possible, if you have left any valuables and we will endeavour to recover your belongings. Please note, if we cannot recover the goods, Ayvens is not responsible for the value of the items.
