All documents that Ayvens receives shall be processed and forwarded to the car's driver or the customer. Ayvens cannot be held responsible for any documents not received. You can ask the authority issuing the notice if they are prepared to cancel the cost of the increase.
Most tickets for speeding, parking, surveillance or police camera or radar footage, municipal violations or any other category of violation with which a vehicle is connected, are delivered directly to the end user of the vehicle, not to Ayvens as the owner of the vehicle.
Local and international police, ministries of interior and foreign affairs, units of communal and parking companies throughout Europe are in most cases connected by the same central system that enables them to obtain information about the end user of the vehicle through vehicle registration.
In certain situations, if the institution that issues the ticket does not have information about the driver, it sends Ayvens the ticket or a request for the delivery of information about the driver. In this case, we forward the received fine or request to our clients / users of the vehicle.
