How can we help you?
Once the towbar has been installed, it must be certified at the technical inspection station.
Ayvens provides you 4 copies of the power of attorney, one for each year of registration renewal. Please store and use them for the entire duration of the leasing contract.
The user of the vehicle is obliged to renew the registration in the month of the first registration of the vehicle, and no later than the date of expiry of the registration. Ayvens delivers a timely reminder for each vehicle.
Don't forget to obtain the regular certificate of the fire extinguisher.
You can find detailed instructions in the Documents and guidelines section.
An electric vehicle requires less maintenance. This is due to the engine's reduced number of moving parts compared to a conventional combustion motor, which therefore leads to reduced wear. Moreover, oil changes are a thing of the past and the vehicle does not have an exhaust or gears. In addition, the brakes are less susceptible to wear thanks to the regenerative braking capacity.
You can have your vehicle inspected at one of the technical inspection stations, a list of which can be found on our website in the Documents and guidelines section.
If the cost is included in your contract, it will be invoiced directly to Ayvens.
The fact that you haven't received an invitation to present your vehicle for inspection is not a valid reason to justify using a vehicle that doesn't hold a valid inspection certificate. You can present your vehicle for a technical inspection at any time without having received an invitation. It is your responsibility to check that your vehicle documents are in order and to keep track of when your vehicle inspection is due.
You can perform regular services and repairs at our authorized service partners. You can find a list of vehicle brands and addresses and contact numbers on our website in the Documents and guidelines section.
Recall campaigns are initiated by the manufacturer when an anomaly has been found within their brand for a particular model. In that case, the manufacturer will invite the drivers of such a vehicle to have the problem rectified as soon as possible by an official dealer. When you receive such a letter, please contact your approved dealer to find out whether this was rectified during your last service. If not, you can make an appointment immediately.
Each manufacturer recommends service intervals that are important for maintaining the optimal condition of the vehicle, for which you as the vehicle user are responsible.
In most vehicles, a light indication on the control panel will light up with a warning that the regular service is approaching, but for certain makes and models of vehicles, this option does not exist. Therefore, we advise you to familiarize yourself with the vehicle's user manual, the vehicle's service booklet and its specifics. You can find it in printed form in your vehicle or in digital form on the vehicle manufacturer's website.
