You are entitled to a replacement vehicle if the service is included in your contract.
At least 24 hours in advance, but in the event of a sudden breakdown, please call Ayvens Call Center immediately so that we can provide you with a replacement vehicle.
The duration of use of the replacement vehicle depends on the package included in the contract, and if you need the vehicle for a longer period, it can be arranged with the consent of your employer and the additional charge.
If the replacement vehicle's actual condition doesn't match the description on the contract, it's best to report this straight away to our call center.
A higher category of replacement vehicle can be arranged with your employer's written consent and consent to additional costs.
