Driver safety & satisfaction before everything

As a leading mobility provider, we are deeply committed to the safety and well-being of both the people behind the wheel and the vehicles they drive. Our goal is that our services contribute to the fact that our customers and their employees, who drive the cars they use from us, set off on their journey with vehicles that better suit their needs, as well as possible.

During the consultation provided to companies, our key customer contacts help in choosing the types of cars that suit the company's needs, as well as in compiling the car use regulations, since the management of the fleet can become effective if the employees use the cars according to a uniform set of rules.

Our expert service team and comprehensive insurance services are designed to ensure that cars are always in top condition when our drivers get behind the wheel. Our customer service is ready to help at any time, and our Assistance service can be called 24 hours a day, whether it's a breakdown or an accident.

Ayvens' high-level service processes are based on proactive vehicle maintenance. What does all this mean?

Our goal is not to wait until something goes wrong, but to prevent breakdowns and accidents!

  1. Professional and controlled maintenance

Ayvens strictly monitors that the cars we provide pass all mandatory service events and that any repairs, tire changes and maintenance tasks are carried out professionally.

  2. Simple appointment booking process

We know that in the daily rush, we easily forget about things that we think can be put off, but the condition of the car affects safe driving, so you can't wait! At Ayvens, the process of booking an appointment to a service or tyre change, is simple and quick, and with our replacement car service, we ensure that you don't have to wait a minute!

  3. Reminders and notifications

We constantly notify our customers if there are any expected repairs or administrative obligations, so you can prepare for possible additional tasks.

  4. Optimize damage ratio

The basic principle of efficient fleet operation is to minimize accidents and repairs, as these events are associated with significant downtime and increased costs. In the case of bigger fleets, we regularly monitor the damage ratio and according to it, we advise our customers on what to train their car users on or how to create certain parts of the car policy.

  5. Driver trainings

In some cases, we ourselves recommend the organization of various training sessions that are useful for car users, but we also help to hold driver training sessions that promote safe driving and lower fuel consumption according to individual customer needs.

New brand.

Ayvens is a fleet management company, created by the integration of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, which announced its new joint brand name in Hungary in 2024: Ayvens! The change of brand name is an important step in the migration process, however, there are no changes in the service processes until further notification: the two former fleet management companies, ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, are waiting for our customers' calls at the same contacts, and the services can be requested and provided according to the same processes.

The legal and IT merge are expected later, which enable us to provide common service methods. We will inform all our customers about in advance, in the meantime, please find information by clicking the buttons below, depending on whether your leasing provider is ALD or LeasePlan.
