IMPORTANT!
Please note that any damage to your vehicle, regardless of its extent, must be reported in writing, within 48 hours!
Accident involving another vehicle
- Complete a European Accident ReportÂ
The European Accident Report can be found in the user folder provided with the vehicle.
- Take a photoÂ
Take a photo of the other vehicle involved in the accident, ensuring that the license plate is visible.
- Report the accident to the Driver Desk by sending the accident report and photos

Accident without the involvement of another vehicleÂ
- Send us the following information via email:
The license plate of your car, the date, time, and location of the accident, and a brief description of the events.
- Our colleagues will provide you with detailed information on how to proceed, based on the information provided.
Vehicle Recovery
If your vehicle has become immobilized or it is not safe to participate in traffic.
Theft and/or Vandalism
In case of theft and/or damage casued by vandalism, first of all, report the event to the police at www.police.hu.
Notify the Driver Desk within 48 hours of the event. If your vehicle is not insured through our company, please also inform your insurer about the incident.
General DamageÂ
Has your car suffered damage that does not require immediate assistance? In all cases, regardless of the severity, report the damage to the Driver Desk in writing.
