Accident involving another vehicle
Complete a European Accident ReportThe European Accident Report can be found in the user folder provided with the vehicle.
Take a photo Take a photo of the other vehicle involved in the accident, ensuring that the license plate is visible.
Report the accident on the My Ayvens portalLog in to My Ayvens and report the problem or send us an email at dc.lphu@ayvens.com.
Accident without the involvement of another vehicle
- Send us the following information via email:
The license plate of your car, the date, time, and location of the accident, and a brief description of the events.
- Report the accident on the My Ayvens portal
Log in to My Ayvens and report the problem.
Vehicle Recovery
If your vehicle has become immobilized or it is not safe to participate in traffic.
Theft and/or Vandalism
In case of theft and/or damage casued by vandalism, first of all, report the event to the police at www.police.hu.
Notify us by phone or on My Ayvens within 48 hours of the event. If your vehicle is not insured through our company, please also inform your insurer about the incident.
General Damage
Has your car suffered damage that does not require immediate assistance? In all cases, regardless of the severity, report the damage on the My Ayvens portal or call Driver Center. You can also book a service appointment in the My Ayvens application in seconds, which ensures that you can enjoy carefree driving again as soon as possible.​
