End of contract: everything you need to know about the return
Return of the leased car and termination of the contract
When your lease contract ends you can return your current lease car and hopefully lease a new one with us! Customer satisfaction is our top priority, both at the time of lease and at the time of the return. With the following detailed guide we would like to make the return process smooth and transparent for you.
- Make a return appointment
- Call our Driver Center on + 36 1 236 3665. Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with detailed information in writing about what needs to be done, the exact drop-off location and we will also finalise the drop-off time slot.
- Please note that we are not able to take back your vehicle without prior arrangement.
- Prepare your car for return
- Please read our Return Guides carefully (for passenger cars and vans separately) and check that your vehicle meets the technical and physical conditions for return.
- If your car needs maintenance or repair, or if you need to replace any documents before the return, contact our Driver Center. Our staff will inform you of the estimated time and possible costs of the work involved
- Return your car
- Drop off your used car at our premises, 2040, Budaörs, Nyugati út (Ayvens used-car showroom, HERE, on working days between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm)
- If you do not have the possibility to drop off your used car personally, our drivers are at your disposal. Please notify our Driver Center of your need for driver service, when making your drop-off appointment or at least 2 working days before your scheduled appointment
- Our colleagues will record the exact time of the drop off and the documents returned with the car, in a return report on the spot, which will be signed by the parties or their representatives
- Inspection and contract closure
- An independent inspector will assess the car’s condition within a few days of return. If you would like to attend the inspection, please notify our collegaues when booking the return date
- Our colleagues will send you and your fleet manager the completed online condition report by e-mail, so that you have the opportunity to examine the reported damages and missing items, before the contract is closed. Please note that rapair and replacement costs will be charged to our customers, at the time of contract closure
