Information about the availability of our services during the holiday period (ALD)

As the end of the year approaches, we would like to inform you about the changes in our service schedule during the holiday season.

The availability of our services will be as follows:

Roadside assistance

Information about the year-end service date and replacement car service

At the end of the year, our service partners typically do not operate, or only with significantly reduced capacity, between December 20 and January 6.

For this reason, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that you should arrange a service appointment with the service providers if they can complete the work by December 20, or if an urgent repair needs to be made to the vehicle.

If a repair is not completed by December 20, it will be completed the week of January 6 at the earliest, which means that you would have to do without the vehicle for several weeks or rent a replacement car at a significant cost.

New car delivery

Depending on the availability of the governmental administration and opening hours of the dealerships. Please note that the governmental administrative break for document record offices will run from the middle of December 2024 to the end of the first week of January 2025, so registration of new vehicles will be suspended during this period.

End-of-year opening hours for scheduled returns

We would like to inform you that vehicles with expired contracts or vehicles customers are looking to return this year can be returned at Ayvens Car-éra compound until 5 p.m. on 17th December 2024. After 17th December 2024 returning process will be suspended until 2nd January 2025.

We kindly remind you that you can indicate your intention to return you car at our Driver Desk via an email to driverdesk.hu@ayvens.com. In the lack of prior indication and appointment, we are authorized to deny the return of your car.

Within Budapest, we can provide – as requested – chauffeur service to deliver your vehicle to our site. In this case, please contact our Driver Desk.

Yearly highway ticket order

The validity of the 2024 highway tickets expires on 31 January 2025. If you have any questions regarding ordering a highway ticket, please contact your fleet manager or customer service representative.

Sending of the International Green Cards for 2025

Sending of the International Green Cards for 2025 will be completed and arrived after the 16th of December.

Green cards will be sent electronically in PDF format to the contact person e-mail address registered in our system.

The decree of the Ministry of Finance came into force as of 24 July 2020 declares that in the future green cards will be issued on a black and white basis, so these documents will no longer be issued on green paper.

Car drivers will only be able to prove the validity of their insurance with this document in case of an accident, police inspection or MOT examination.
