The certificate of conformity allows the manufacturer to demonstrate that the vehicle complies with technical and legal requirements. If this document is lost or stolen, you must report it to the police. You should take the following with you:

  A certificate from Ayvens confirming that you're the main driver of the car. You can find this on My driver app.

With regard to the theft or loss certificate, we request a duplicate from the vehicle manufacturer. The manufacturer's price for the duplicate will be charged.
