What do I need to remember when returning my car?
Do not forget to leave the following items in your car:
- Car key / spare key
- Registration card
- Instruction and maintenance manual
If the items below belong to your car, hand them in to your car.
- Removable front of audio / navigation
- Navigation CD / DVD or memory card
- Spare wheel with jack / sprayer / pump set
- Cover of the luggage compartment
- Towbar (detachable towbar ball)
- Head restraints
- Original charging cable
Claims: Report any damage before the return of your car to Ayvens.
I have returned my car but there were still some personal items in it. Who can I contact for this?

My car is at the end of its contract. What should I do with the fuel card?
Do you have a fuel card from Ayvens? Then you may destroy it. Never leave the card with the code in the car!
