How can we help you?
If you receive an invoice from Ayvens, this means that we have received a reminder or writ from a bailiff regarding an outstanding amount.
If you paid the fine on time and used the correct payment reference, send us your proof of payment and we'll draw up a credit note.
If you paid the fine late or used an incorrect reference, you are responsible for reclaiming your payment from the issuing party.
Your payment and the reminder may have crossed paths, and you don't need to take the reminder into account.
If you've not yet paid the fine, contact the authority issuing the notice to settle your file.
The documents concerned have been drawn up by the authority issuing the notice pursuant to the language legislation:
- In Dutch in the Flemish Community
- In French in the French Community
- In German in the German-speaking Community In the Brussels-Capital Region, the documents are drawn up in Dutch or French, depending on the language in which the number plate was registered with the DIV or the language of the official.
You must request a translation from the authority issuing the notice. Obtaining a translation depends on their willingness to do so.
You must dispute the fine with the authority issuing the notice.
With regard to foreign fines or parking fines, you will find instructions on how to dispute such a fine on the notice provided by the issuing authority.
If you don't agree with a fine, you must first dispute it with the authority issuing the notice. They decide whether the fine will be cancelled or whether you'll still have to pay. Only if you are summonsed can you call on legal assistance. In such a case, please provide us with a copy of your summons.
Ayvens works with two scan centres to send the fees. They are responsible for scanning the fee/fine and delivering it by email. You can therefore receive a retribution/fine from the following e-mail addresses: [email address/phone number]
A link to payment will never be sent along, and the subject will always refer to the license plate concerned.
If you nevertheless suspect phishing, please contact us via [local email]
All documents that Ayvens receives shall be processed and forwarded to the car's driver or the customer. Ayvens cannot be held responsible for any documents not received. You can ask the authority issuing the notice if they are prepared to cancel the cost of the increase.
If a fine is left unpaid or is not paid on time, Ayvens may proceed with payment following the receipt of a reminder in order to avoid further costs. Any costs that Ayvens incurs in this regard shall be passed on, as well as any administrative fees.
The police can identify the driver of the car and issue the fine directly in the offender's name. If we don't have the necessary details for the driver, the report will be sent to your employer.
Parking companies, municipalities or other foreign authorities do not have access to this platform and will send the fine to the holder of the vehicle registration. Ayvens will process the documents and send all documents to the lawful recipient by email.
If you were not driving the vehicle at the time of the offence, you must dispute the fine through formal channels. Ayvens is not authorised to dispute the fine for you as the fine has been issued in your name.
With regard to foreign fines or parking fines, it is best to inform your employer and Ayvens so we can include the right driver in our file.
