At the time of lease termination, final settlement invoice will be generated in the subsequent month of invoicing.

Vehicle must be surrendered within the city limit of registered area, otherwise driver must deliver the vehicle at nearest stockyard. Additional charges will have to be paid on actuals as per current market rates by driver if he surrenders it off limits and will have to take assistance from service provider for the pickup.

You vehicle insurance will continue as is if you choose to extend your lease term. Though if you buy the car, we will terminate the insurance before handover and the insurance will have to be renewed from your end. We would be happy to extend support in getting the insurance renewed.

Termination of insurance does not apply if the vehicle was leased without insurance.

You have four choices:

  Before the end of your car contract, you can extend the contract. You can keep your car and we will keep the same lease rental for a tenure extension of up to six months, beyond which, lease rental will be revised.

We will check the mileage of your car at the end of the tenure once you surrender the vehicle. If you have not exceeded the mileage, the difference of lease rental will be settled in accordance with the rates defined in the optiflex matrix. Conditions will apply for the non optiflex option of the lease contract.

When a lease contract expires, the leased vehicle must be returned to us. We will inspect the car to ensure that it is returned in a normal wear and tear considering its age and mileage, with all its documentation and accessories.

For everything which is not considered as a normal usage, the necessary repairs will be rebilled to you. We suggest you to get your car repaired before the end of your contractual tenure to avoid any repayment of repair costs.
