How does it work? We reserve your vehicle on the agreed date, according to the terms of your contract. Our service will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you.

Insurance

Service Summary Comprehensive insurance with a lump sum indemnity in the event of an at-fault claim if the repairs exceed the deductible. Replacement vehicle of the same category. Your added personal property and miscellaneous accessories are not insured. In the case of an Ayvens Flex Van contract, please refer to the general rental conditions of your contract.

Sinister? What to do? In the event of an accident, carefully draw up your accident report and return it within 48 hours (2 working days), together with all correspondence concerning the accident. In case of dispute, do not hesitate to call the Police.

In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle without an identified third party, only complete the document to declare the claim without a third party.

Claim form

In case of theft, attempted theft, vandalism or damage to game, it is also imperative to make a declaration to the Police and send a copy of the report to our insurance department within 48 hours (2 working days). Service Summary In your Ayvens Flex contract, you are entitled to an immediate replacement vehicle.

Glass breakage

Service Summary Glass breakage is included in your contract, with no deductible. No need for a claim in this particular case. Included: damage to the windshield of the vehicle. Damage to headlights and mirrors is excluded.

How does it work? In the event of glass breakage, contact one of our authorized partners.

Service Availability At any time if there is an impact or crack on the windshield.

Windscreen repair

Replacement vehicle at the customer's expense.

Pick up or by appointment (included in your contract). All assembly/disassembly, parallelism, and balancing operations are included. Pick-up and tire storage services are available

Tyres according to wear: Our tire service provides for the replacement of tires related to normal and responsible use of the vehicle. Tyres are replaced if the tread depth is less than 3 mm for summer tyres and 4 mm for winter tyres. This service does not include the replacement of tyres damaged as a result of a claim or puncture.

In practice For your safety, remember to regularly check the wear and pressure of your tyres. They must have a drawing that is at least 2 mm deep. It is planned to change the tyres in summer (from 01/04) and winter (from 01/10). As a reminder, in Luxembourg, your vehicle must be equipped with winter tyres in winter conditions (ice, packed snow, slush, ice or frost patches), all season tyres are tolerated in the event of an inspection.

Maintenance

Your replacement vehicle of the same category is taken care of by the Ayvens Flex service.

Service Summary

Benefits: All maintenance and mechanical repair costs related to normal wear and tear of the vehicle.

Included: * Regular maintenance: revisions and checks in accordance with the manufacturer's plans * Mechanical and technical repairs * Replacement of defective or worn parts (brake pads, shock absorbers, wiper blades,...)

Also included are oil top-ups and windshield washers and AD BLUE. These services are provided by the dealer of the brand you choose in the Grand Duchy or in neighbouring countries.

In practice Check your warning lights (maintenance, emergency lights, etc.) and make an appointment with an authorised dealer or call easyDriving to request a pick-up for your vehicle.

SNCT technical inspection

Your replacement vehicle of the same category is taken care of by the Ayvens Flex service.

Service Summary Passing the technical inspection included. The customer must make an appointment at the garage.

How does it work? Method of sending invitations: e-mail. Tyres to be checked beforehand. Pre-technical inspection visit via dealer possible. It is essential that the on-board documents are in order: vehicle registration document / valid insurance / valid tax stamp / copy of certificate of conformity (COC).

Restitution

Service Summary Drop-off location Ayvens Mobility Center Kehlen. Pick-up and return possible: 75 € excl. VAT per vehicle.

How does it work? Return without redelivery: Make an appointment with the Ayvens Flex service for the return of the vehicle

Return with new delivery: A taxi service is set up if your future contract is signed with Ayvens. Prepare yourself by referring to the restitution guide. On site, the end-of-contract appraisal takes 20-30 minutes. The copy of the inventory of fixtures and the statement are sent within 48 hours. Price on request

Service Availability At the end of the contract, when you decide to return a vehicle.
