How can we help you?
If you receive an invoice from Ayvens, it means that we have received a reminder or an order from a bailiff regarding an unpaid amount.
If you paid the fine on time and used the correct payment reference, send us your proof of payment and we will issue a credit note.
If you paid the fine late or used an incorrect reference, it is your responsibility to claim your payment from the issuer.
Your payment and the reminder may have crossed and you should not heed the reminder.
If you have not yet paid the fine, contact the authority issuing the notice to settle your case.
The documents concerned were drawn up by the authority issuing the opinion in accordance with the language legislation:
- In Dutch in the Flemish Community
- In French in the French Community
- In German in the German-speaking Community In the Brussels-Capital Region, the documents are drawn up in Dutch or French, depending on the language in which the number plate was registered with the DIV or the language of the agent.
You must request a translation from the authority issuing the notice. Obtaining a translation depends on the will of the issuing authority.
You must dispute the fine with the authority that issued the notice. Traffic offences can be challenged via the justice website: Ministry of Justice // The Luxembourg Government
When it comes to foreign fines or parking fines, you will find instructions on how to dispute such a fine on the notice provided by the issuing authority.
If you disagree with a fine, you must first dispute it with the authority that issued the notice. They will decide whether the fine will be waived or whether you will have to continue paying it. Only in the event of a summons can you seek legal assistance. In this case, please provide us with a copy of your summons.
Ayvens works with two digitization centers for the sending of royalties. They are responsible for scanning the fee/fine and sending it via email. You can therefore receive a fee/fine at the following email address: esayDriving@ayvens.com / +352 31 05 36 10
A link to the payment will never be sent and the item will always refer to the relevant license plate.
If you still suspect phishing, please contact us via easyDriving@ayvens.com
All documents received by Ayvens are processed and forwarded to the driver of the car or the customer. Ayvens is not responsible for any documents not received. You can ask the authority issuing the notice if they are willing to waive the cost of the increase.
If a fine remains unpaid or is not paid on time, Ayvens may proceed with payment after receiving a reminder in order to avoid additional costs. All costs incurred by Ayvens in this regard will be passed on, as well as any administrative costs.
The police can identify the driver of the car and issue the fine directly on behalf of the offender. If we do not have the necessary information regarding the driver, the report will be sent to your employer.
Parking companies, municipalities or other foreign authorities do not have access to this platform and will send the fine to the holder of the vehicle registration. Ayvens will process the documents and send all documents to the rightful recipient via email.
If you were not driving the vehicle at the time of the offence, you must contest the fine through official channels via ayvens.com/fr-lu. Ayvens is not allowed to contest the fine on your behalf as it was issued in your name.
When it comes to foreign fines or parking fines, it's best to let your employer and Ayvens know so we can include the right driver on file.
