As soon as we know the license plate of your new car, we will order your fuel card(s), which will be automatically sent to you. For security reasons, your PIN will be sent to you in a separate letter.

Where you can refuel depends on the type of fuel card you have and the agreements your employer has with Ayvens. If you're not sure, you can check with your fleet manager or in your rental agreement.

Your fuel card is linked to your car and cannot be used for other cars. You can pay at the petrol station with your fuel card, using your 4-digit PIN.

Forgot your PIN? Request a new PIN via My Ayvens Driver. You can also declare the costs incurred. (add links) Have you entered the wrong PIN three times? In this case, you are only blocked for 48 hours. You can use the fuel card again after 48 hours.

You can apply for a new fuel card via My Ayvens Driver. Your current card is automatically blocked when you apply for a new one. Report the costs incurred via the My Ayvens Driver app.

It depends on the type of station. Some stations are not equipped with an RFID reader and others cannot yet be controlled by apps. Most charging stations can be accessed via the charging key.
