My Ayvens Driver is a platform designed specifically for our drivers and fleet managers. My Ayvens Driver gives you access to all the details related to your car or fleet and allows you to manage them quickly, easily and efficiently, anytime and anywhere.

If you are the driver of an Ayvens car, you will automatically have access to My Ayvens Driver using the email address on file with us.

As a fleet manager, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange your access.

You will find general information about the duration of your contract and the benefit in kind, for example. You can also find out what services Ayvens has included. This information is based on the details of the rental offer and may differ from your company's car policy.

You will find a certificate attesting that you are the main driver of the vehicle by going to the "Vehicle" hub and then "Documents". Depending on the services of your contract, you can also retrieve your insurance certificate or a purchase order allowing you to invoice Ayvens directly for the cost of the technical inspection.

Go to the "Vehicle" section and then "Refunds". Enter your ticket or invoice in the left-hand column to get a refund of the fee.
