You can view the services included in your contract on My Driver App. Go to the "Vehicle" hub and then "Included Services". You can find more information about the services included in your contract in the left-hand column. Keep in mind that this information comes from the rental quote and may differ from your company's car policy.
At least 24 hours in advance. An exception is made for same-day delivery - call us on +352 31 05 36 10 on the same day and we will be happy to discuss the options with you. Note that this may incur additional charges.
If you received a replacement vehicle through Roadside Assistance, you can use it for five calendar days. If the replacement vehicle has been booked through Ayvens, you can keep it for the duration of your vehicle's repairs. Don't forget to let us know where and when we can pick up the replacement vehicle to avoid additional charges.
If the actual condition of the vehicle does not correspond to the description on the contract, it is best to report it immediately by sending an email to: easyDriving@ayvens.com
You can only get a larger replacement vehicle if your fleet manager accepts the additional cost. This consent can be obtained by e-mail clearly indicating the category we can offer.

No problem! All you have to do is tell us how long you will need the vehicle.
This is only possible if the garage offers it free of charge. Otherwise, all bookings must be made through Ayvens and we will take care of the delivery.
